Evans completed a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering at Auburn in 1986 and obtained a master’s degree in industrial engineering at Purdue. For the past 20 years, Evans has focused her career in the consulting industry. She currently works with Hitachi Consulting, where she serves as a vice president of organizational effectiveness and leads the company’s Atlanta office. In her consulting capacity, she leverages her expertise in organizational strategy, design, and change management in support of major business improvement and change initiatives.
Her previous professional experience includes consulting work with Celerant Consulting and Ernst & Young Consulting, as well as engineering positions with Dell Inc. and Eli Lilly and Company.
Evans is an active member of Auburn’s Diversity and Multicultural Affairs Leadership Council and the First Coast Auburn Club. While an Auburn student, she was a member and president of the Tigerettes and a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority. She is a life member of the Auburn Alumni Association and a member of Auburn’s Petrie Society. She is married to Adrian Evans, a 1987 applied mathematics graduate.
