Casey graduated from Auburn in 1983 with a bachelor’s degree in international trade and has spent her 30-year career in financial services. She is a retired senior vice president with Dreyfus Investments, a subsidiary of Bank of New York Mellon, and represents 19 institutional asset management firms located within the United States, Europe, and Asia. Prior to her work at Dreyfus Investments, Casey held vice presidential positions with Nuveen Investments, Putnam Investments, Evergreen Investments, and MainStay Investments.
She has earned the certified financial planner (CFP) designation and remains a fully licensed financial professional, a member of the Financial Planning Association and past member of the Stock and Bond Club of Fort Lauderdale. Casey has served on the Dreyfus Regional Consultant Advisory Council and was selected for the Bank of New York Mellon Chairman’s Circle.
She is a member of Auburn’s 1856 Society, Samford Society, Petrie Society, Cater Society, and is a life member of the Auburn Alumni Association. She serves on the Advisory Council for the Raymond J. Harbert College of Business and is a member of its Shareholders’ Club. Casey is married to Bob Kneeley, and her stepdaughter graduated from Auburn’s Harbert College of Business.
